The Sekisui House Apartments Team in Wentworth Point has been using BuildingLink for approximately eight years on many apartment developments in the area.

The community management system is straightforward to use and has assisted both the Building Manager and Residents in communicating well using this platform.

Building Managers enjoy using the system as they have the latest information on what's happening with the building. Any maintenance works are logged in, and any bookings made in the communal areas are seen on the one platform, allowing them to be more efficient with other tasks.

Transparent FM would not exist if not for BuildingLink.  It's that simple.  Niall rang me from New York and asked if I would critic this software called BuildingLink.  The rest is history. The owner of BuildingLink (Jerry) and I have spoken many times over the years with the aim of making BuildingLink better everyday.
