Since launching, Central Square West Ryde has been an excellent example of how BuildingLink has been utilised to enhance community living, by connecting residents to each other and engaging them with the nearby shops and service providers. During the first 3 months of settlement, there were over 11,000 resident logins in the 230 unit mixed-use building, submitting maintenance items, booking their move-ins and reading notices.
Over the past year, residents have frequently shared bulletin board postings regarding items for sale, social group activities and general notices. They’re kept up-to-date with their building via the 2,500 emails per month and 1,300 SMS notifications.
In addition to the fantastic communication, residents have recorded just under 2,000 maintenance items and made 1,500 reservation requests. The community usage is a great reflection of the development and management teams working in harmony.
