Creating your vertical village

Building a community goes further than bricks and mortar, we aim to build more than just residential buildings. But how do you create the environment for a community? How do you promote its growth to strengthen beyond just a casual “hello” in the lift?

Planning starts from day one. We are now going further than offering the typical amenities that are standard in almost every residential building and providing a location that facilitates the ability to mix and mingle. Rooftop cinemas, BBQ facilities, dining rooms, libraries and yoga rooms facilitate the ability to connect, however offering a mixture of shared spaces does not guarantee people will connect and socialise at a community level, there needs to be something more.

In the days and age where technology is ripe and allows groups and communities to connect further than ever before, it’s time to connect virtually in our buildings. Offering events, specials and added services for your residents means further connection with your development vision. BuildingLink goes beyond Facebook pages and email groups, giving developers the chance to really connect with their buyers, find out their wants and needs, and get to know them on a more personal level.

Make your residents feel part of something more.
